Wesleyan is nice, but last I knew they don't have lights which would make for some amazing twilight meets.
The alma mater of the OWU coach has a pretty sweet facility. Let's see if FPW can get that without looking it up.
1) Nope. I can't.
2) Ohio Wesleyan should always be referred to as "Ohio Wesleyan" not to confuse it with the school that Bill Rodgers attended.
I always thought Pomona-Pitzer had a very nice facility, once the trees green up.
Especially since the Wesleyan University in CT is considered one of the best liberal arts schools in the country while Ohio Wesleyan, Indiana Wesleyan, etc. are well....not.

The track at Lewis & Clark in Portland has a great setting.
I'll second this one....awesome setting - used to have a GPII meet there.

What about Texas A&M-Kingsville? The palm trees around the turns blew me away. Very picturesque.

Another vote for Bowdoin.
While in Maine this summer and came across it nestled in a pine forest. Gorgeous, and it has a very nice grandstand.

Always thought Carleton College in Northfield MN was great. Also had a soft spot for Macalaster College.
As for high school: I will always have a soft spot for Atlantic City's Bader Field, worst restrooms in America
OWU, you have got to be kidding! Old, smelly, crumbling concrete stands and right next to a highway. How is that pretty?
Here's a 2nd on Colorado College. The facility itself isn't that great but the views sure are.

If you like the colors of Olympic and IAAF Outdoor Gold, Silver, and Bronze medals, West Los Angeles CC has the prettiest track and field in the world.
ha! haverford! There is a nicer one 10 miles away at Widener.

The dominant feature being a loud busy highway was my first thought as well.
Denison is quite nice since they refurbished the stadium a few years ago yet kept it in an old and quaint style. Being surrounded by woods on two sides and a massive hill on the other while in the center of campus is appealing.
D2 bentley university
Waltham, ma
Home to new balance performance meets over the summer
Bentley has nice facilities but nothing looks the same there since KD left.
Ithaca College has poor facilities but the view of Seneca lake from the second turn is magnificent. (this is not a real pic from the track but the view would be similar)
Friends University is a very small college and the track has large-ish stands and a nice building in the backdrop. (photo on front page

I agree the op's blog that OH Wesleyan has the top. Thanks to you for your blog entry.

Washington and Lee has a pretty nice facility and the area is great.
There are several pictures there.
Denison in Granville, OH has the prettiest track stadium that I have ever been to. Unfortunately, I could never convince my DII college coach to allow me to run a race there. I grew up about 5 miles away from Granville and when I went home for summer and winter breaks, I did all of my workouts there.
They renovated the place a couple of years ago and it is even better now than it was back then.
