I've been lurking these threads for a while (since I was in hs, I'm a freshman in college now), I think I've occasionally posted before. I was just looking at your schedule darkwave, nice week. I'm wondering now if I'm doing my easy runs too fast... I notice you are going over 9 min pace, and the slowest I usually go is around 8:30 (usually for shake out jogs). But you seem to be in shape to run under 1:30 in the half (basically, you are pretty fast!), and yet still run pretty easy on some of those days. Maybe it's just the rush of running with a team/getting excited at a young age... just something I've been noticing as I read this thread (and not just you).
