100 meter dash - 11.6sec
200 meter dash - 23.9 sec
400 meter dash - 50.9 sec
800 meter run - 2:02 minutes
1600 meter run - 4:40 minutes
3.2 miles grass - 17:03 minutes
4:0 miles road - 22:30 minutes
These times were accomplished with 40miles/week max.
