moderate effort, on the roads (odd reps were slightly downhill slightly, even efforts were slightly uphill) in sweatpants and full weather gear. Took a while to warm up.
Been doing 50-60 mile weeks for a while, mostly 6:00-7:00 pace but this is the first real interval session in some time though. Felt ok but not great, which is expected for first longer repeats of the year.
To help prediect 800m times, I have ran 11.5, 22.8 and 50flat so far this year in training (handtimed but pretty accurate)
