I managed to run 3.18.20 at the Am'dam marathon last weekend.Hit half way in 1.32, but the last 10k was very hrad work.Didn't feel tired,just my stride went to pot.
Any ideas for training for my next one? My longest run for this one was 20.5 miles and I ran 4 other runs over 2 hours.
I also did reps twice a week and averaged 60-70 mpw.
Anything you guys can sugest? I plan to run another maraton in march or april of next year.
