doing easy runs, warm ups, long runs in ballin shorts will make one a better runner. it's just that ballin mentality that gives you an edge. it preserves the body better when u wear a t-shirt instead of a singlet and longer shorts instead of a mini skirt when running anything except a workout. putting your warm-ups, or ballin clothes on right after the w/o is key. u should only wear the mini skirt and singlet/ no shirt during the time of a workout. look what steve nash does, he knows what he's doing, sweats go back on when he's on the bench, towel draped over so he doesnt get cold. the little things count. the ballin mentality is key, u may think it's bullshit, but it's hard to ignore the people ridin shotgun in their cars yelling 'fag'. yeah, who cares what they think about mini skirts, f*** their comments, but it's the maddest and the hungriest of the ballers who end up at the top of the game, just ask Kenny B 26:17 and Jay Z. now I know some runners want to wear the mini skirts, it is less restrictive, and they want to wear flats or spikes in workouts. however, when u put on a pair of spikes and spandex or short shorts on a rare occasion that is a race day only, u will be more confident than your opponents because u will feel way less restricted than normal, plus ur a baller, so that gives u more of an advantage.
