I'm relatively new to the sport and wanted to know, why is it that runners go to places like Colorado and Northern Arizona to work on attitude training? Seems to me like you can have a postive attitude no matter where you train. I mean it's important to remain postive but I wouldn't move to a new location up in the mountains just to work on my attitude. It's really difficult to breath up there to begin with so I don't see how that would do your attitude any good.
