Great input guys, but I should have specified that I'm more interested in how you go the rest of the day feeling sharp/energized. Hell, right now I'm doing 80 mpw and am probably going to cut down to 50 just bc I have come to realize that I've been feeling zombie-like the rest of the day (legs tight, weak feeling, etc), and it's actually starting to matter (I'm a grad student now). When I was in undergrad, I spent a little time at 100 mpw, but it didn't really matter how I felt the rest of the day.
