Thanks Darkwave. i do the eccentric heel drops every day and sometimes twice a day. doing the squatting on one leg (walt's exercises) too. The ART guy i go to does everything a PT would do - more i think- he is hands on. My experience with PT is they touch you for a minute and leave you to do your own exercises. My guy uses e-stim, ultrasound, massage, stretching and graston technique to try to break up the scar tissue.
so i am entering my third week of non-running. is this basically a sit back and wait kind of thing? i am wondering if i should just go on the treadmill and run some like you said??????? my last run before i took off was 20 miles and monday morning i was limping badly.
