I think everyone is overestimating Cortland. Yes, they do have solid returners but they lose Nally and Henry. And with the track times they put up this winter and spring nothing suggests that they have made the next step into becoming a defending national champion. I think they'll get top 10 at best. I think North Central is going to win it all. If you look at their track stats its pretty clear they have to be the favorite.
I don't think you can count Cortland out just yet. I think they will for sure be top 4 and maybe higher. It will be a battle up front. They're track times have to be pretty comparable to NCC.
Actually, I'm from the Minnesota Twins, it's a small school, you probably haven't heard of it.

That's a baseball team, not school.
haha good one! I just hope that Cortland beats NCC next year! I think that they will
Do you guys think that anyone will be able to challenge Kosgei? Discuss....
TY GRIFFIN......ALL I NEED TO SAY

While Kosgei is still the clear favorite, as we saw at outdoor nats this year he is no longer as dominant as he once was. I'm calling him winning by 3 or 4 seconds at most
LAX should win but don fritsch is their coach so most likely 4th or 5th.
NCC
run for fun and personal best
2 Shamus Nally 5 Burnt Hills NY 1:12:53
Solid start for Shamus
Shamus doesn't have any eligibility left.
Didn't say he did. He was a great DIII XC runner so I figured this was an appropriate thread
I guess that would be the case...Any other summer updates about DIII running?

Kosgei undoubtedly wins, but I say Flynn is in the running for 2nd.
I say if Ricky Flynn beats Kosgei, then he must be doping, white people just can't compete without drugs.
Watch out for The UW-Steven Points guys and girls this year. UW-Steven Point cross team are my family.
Thanks Rubis
