I saw a video that showed Floyd Landis and his homemade altitude chamber that he had outside and slept in. I know these things are very expensive, does anyone know how he made this? Or instructions on how to make one? It looked uncomfortable, but pretty interesting.

I don't think the tube actually did anything. He showcased it around after the positive drug tests as an alibi ("don't need EPO").
