I have been doing some research on the nature of certain diets on the body, and in looking up what foods to avoid for arthritis-stricken folks, I was surprised to see dairy products as a significant contributor to arthritic symptoms.
We all know the havoc milk can wreak on a running before going on a run, but is there any substance to general joint pain or other aches and dairy in ones diet?
Are there any elite runners that have a lot of milk or dairy in their diet? Are there any that avoid dairy?
