From the runner tracker, it looks like the leaders are all there at 10k, in 5:20 pace. Pretty slow.

Do you know who won the women's 10 mile?
Goucher won by a ton over McGregor. Don't know times, I was at 8.5 mark.
link to the runner tracker?
Thanks
Looks like all leaders through in 1:08.16 through the half
Sheehan, Browne are in there
Any idea why so slow?
Hopefully it doesn't crash, but I'm sure it will

i guess there will be a negative split.
it is probably slow because the runners want to make sure they go under 2:19
How do you know what place someone is in?
it's 48 (feels like 42), raining. the forecast calls for storms, high winds, 20-30mph.
Cabada hanging with Browne at 1/2
I heard it's raining pretty hard. Cele Rodriguez in lead group as well!!
The weather is pretty tough right now. Cabada sounds to be pressing.
30K:
Morgan 1:36.59
Cabada 1:36.45
30K:
Sheehan 1:38.14
Browne no split yet - dropped out?
Rodriguez 1:37.13
C. Johnson 1:38.32
Gabrielson 1:37.26
what happend to Browne and Johnson?they were sub/just over 28min 10k runners just some years ago, now they can't handle 2:16 pace?
20 miles:
Cabada 1:43:38
Morgan 1:44:04
I'm guessing these are your leaders at 20 miles
Chad Johnson has been on a downward trend for many years. Gabrielson's challengs with the marathon distances, despite success at 10k has been well documented.
Morgan's improvement has been remarkable under Hansons. it'll be interesting to see if Cabada comes back.
Justin Young went through 30km in 1.37.09 and 20 miles in 1.22.33
Great interview with Steve Cram - says Jakob has no chance of WRs this year
