Did anyone else thoroughly enjoy that as much as I did?
I guess doing more speed and less strength will get you to run one 400 fast but will not obviously allow you to run rounds.
Hope that 5% was worth it!!

That was good stuff. If he moved as quick in the race as he did from that question, he would have won gold.
Maybe now that he lost, he'll lose that shitty wanna be black accent.
Who coached Jeremy? Was it MJ?

what if he is black? the black you are talking about is a culture not a race of people

Yeah, and maybe you'll go to the Olympics and win a medal! Oh no, wait...you won't. Because you're a loser who anonymously bashes people online that have accomplished way more than you ever will.
Is he always this bland and brainless? Not a very sharp tool.
Hmmm, it's actually RHODES SCHOLAR.
Shut up you idiot!

hey tool bag, can't you see that he typed it that way on purpose?
say what now wrote:

Er, yeh, and his reason for speaking with a "cultural" black accent is:
a) wannabe
b) Was raised by a black family
All I can say is that the NBC announcers suck. The way they handle interviews after disappointing performances leaves a lot to be desired to say the least. The last thing Wariner wanted to hear about after a second place finish in an Olympic final when he was obviously off his game is a question regarding his coaching change. I was quite proud of Jeremy with how he handled that question--I'm sure I would have decked that guy. Same deal with Wallace Spearmon. Did he know he ran on the line? No. He was every right to file a protest, but that dumbass announcer was like, uh, you ran in his lane. The U.S. athletes are gracious enough to give interviews after this Olympic debacle, and the announcers aren't gracious enough to give these athletes the courtesy they deserve.
All the interviews were great last night. I loved when he basically said to Felix "You've sucked all year, what's up with that?"
Who cares about the way he talks? He's hott and fast and that's all that matters.... Besides that, he shouldn't get beat up over second place. We should just celebrate that USA got 1, 2 and 3 in the 400. Now that's hott!
In complete agreement... that was the wrong time and place to ask a question about Hart. I think his first words, should have been - congratulations, you won a silver medal. good work. how do you feel?maybe follow up with, do you think there is a reason you didn't challenge for gold a bit more...let wariner do the talking if he wants to bring up coaching let him...the interviewer acted like a prick

Drummond I believe.
well then, when is it the best time to talk with him about his coaching change. After the Olympics, he will get on a plane, fly back to the Texas plains and won't be heard of again until March of 2009.We want to know now about his coaching change.
It was legit question. The guy's legs went to lead over the last 80 meters.
The smart thing would have been for Warnier to say, "The coaching change made no difference in my race tonight. I felt my preparation was good, but I just didn't have it tonight."
Yeah, the interviewer was annoying as shit. ESPECIALLY the way he drilled Wallace Spearmon. What a dick. He basically implied that Spearmon was dumb for protesting the DQ. Spearmon's reply was perfect - "Why wouldn't I?"
So even though Wariner didn't handle the interview very well, I was glad that he cut that dumbass off mid question. Besides, this isn't the first time Wariner has been questioned about his coaching change. He's getting tired of answering that question.

Yeah, I was pretty annoyed by that also.
