So ever since my track season finished I haven't been able to get my appetite under control. I weighed 142 and was 6'0 tall during track and have been weighing around 155 now. Still running fine and all but Im constantly hungry and need to start to think about slimming back down to race weight. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yeah Im not worried so much about getting the weight back down, I can cut the calories back for a couple weeks, I just dont get why this year my appetite is through the roof. Like Ill lean out fine, I was just wondering if anyone knows why I might be so much more hungry this year.

i wouldn't worry about your weight as much as your body fat percent.. i'm not sure how old you are but your body may still be growing..you may be gaining valuable muscle mass due to your body type which may be helpful to the type of running you do...
