I used to be a runner, but that was 10 years ago.
My chest, arms, and legs are extremely skinny. You can see my ribs, but then I have large deposits of fat localized right at my belly and to the sides of my belly.
The fat looks totally out of place on my skinny body. Freaky looking.
For the past 2 months I have been lifting weights to put on muscle and jogging to get rid of the fat, but it looks like I'm getting nowhere.
Is it better to focus on one goal at a time maybe? Advice?
