No problem here - 'cept I think that 4:20 is a bit quick compared to the others - or are you inferring 4/20?
4:06
8:57
14:19
Consider me part of the cool club. Oh, yeah. I rule. That's why I'm posting on an anonymous message board, my PRs.
How about just keeping the topics to running? This isn't www.mypersonalopionandrandomviewpoints.com

I've run all those times, but not at those distances.
Very funny. Thank you for that.
A decade or so ago...
4:14 1:57 at the half. Never a miler.
9:08 4:28 then 4:40
14:36 Fairly even paced
29:56 14:56 then 15:00
2:32 Young and stupid.
I was just a good regional runner. To slow for the real world. It was fun while it lasted.
Well, I think both Wetmore and Lananna are out...good think too, I dont think they know sh!t about running
i only make it in the mile. 4:11 mile and i've never broken 16 in the 5k, what the hell.
also, 9:40 and 15:00 are not equivalent AT ALL
I have run a 1:12 half but none of the other times. Can i still stay?
The 9:40 2mile is way too slow considering that you have to run 9:36 through 3200 to run 15:00 5k. It should be more like 9:15-20 2mile

I get really, really tired.
Plus i only have raced the 1500 twice, first meet of outdoor season the last two years.
with an 800 pr of 153, if you can put in 90-100 mile weeks next fall, (sept thru dec), before track season; I think that your 4:05 pr could be for the mile, not the 1500m, next year at this time.

I'm out..
400 - 48.5
800 - 1:50
1200 - 2:59
Nice knowing all of you...
liar...if you ran a 259 on a dmr; i find it hard to believe that you never ran a mile, which you could have run around 4:05 based on those other prs.
Please don't believe the pace calculator for everything. A 2:22 marathon is "equivalent" to a 4:12 mile. One of those qualifies you for the mens us olympic marathon trials, one is nowhere close to being on that level.
i like the cutoffs.
to the people who say the 2:39 cutoff is weak, that was top 150 in boston yesterday. thats not too shabby. I was not even in the top 3000.
but ive got a 4:10 mile, so im in! I will continue to shoot for that 2:39 though.
4:14
8:40-3k (I'm sure this makes the cut)
15:30
33:04- Run only at XC regionals...never on the track/roads
2:34:45
So, I make it in the short stuff and the long stuff, but not the in between.
4:21 mile
9:51 3K
15:25 5K
32:30 10K
2:41 Marathon
I just got here and now I gotta leave
1,500 - 3:53.87
3,000 - 8:34.46
5,000 - 14:39.10
8K - 25:32.7
10,000 - 30:29.2
Never run a marathon
Does anyone else feel like their pr's alternate between good and bad?
400- 54.9 (decent for a distance guy)
800- 2:05 (bad)
mile- 4:15 (good)
3k- 8:38 (bad)
5k- 14:35 (good)
10k- 31:36 (bad)
13.1- 1:10:50 (decent)
26.2- 2:35:48 (bad)

what? just because someone has run a 1200 leg doesn't mean they've run a mile. I don't think Jacob Hernandez has run a mile or 1500 for Texas and yet he ran the 1200 leg for them at indoor nationals
1500- 3:54
3000- 8:17
5000- 14:16
mara- 2:31
