So I have just begun the faster stuff and that takes up my tuesday run now. Now I can't decide on what to do fridays. I can either do repeats of 1k, mile, or 2k or I can just a 4-5 mile AT. I personally like the AT better than the repeats because I hate the rest period and feel pretty good after the AT and really dont need as much of a recover day the following day. Can I still run my potential if I just do faster turnover tuesday and then an AT/tempo friday? Some weeks I will do faster stuff tuesday(200's, 300's or 400's) then an AT wed. and longer repeats friday and it works ok but I feel like I get more out of the AT then the repeats and I am not really sure about what to do the next week when I just go back to two workouts. What do you guys think?
