Stand on your toes; roll in and out. Repeat. Avoid eccentrics (e.g., toes on stairs and dipping down).
Orthotics, soft ankle brace, RICE.
2-3 months.

I did about 6 weeks of PT twice per week as well as a reduction in running volume for the same time frame and had really good results.
The PT consisted of a 10-15 minute manual massage, 10 minutes of ultrasound massage and then some stretching and some light strengthening exercises.

Yes on the massage, but whatch out that you don't have a stress fracture along the tibia
