I have a pain in the back of my tendon and as far as I can tell it's probably tendinitis. It usually hurts pretty bad after I've run and I take ibuprofen and ice it every night so that I can run the next day. I took 4 days off a couple of times and it just came back. I don't want to take time off because our first meet is on Monday and I've had enough problems and this should be a really good season for me. I know that sounds dumb, but what should I do and how long will I probably have to take off.
