I've recently increased my long runs to 17-19 miles. For some reason, I have no appetite for about 36 hours after the run. I try and drink a ton after the run and I'll eat just because I know I should, but I don't feel hungry and still don't feel hungry the next day, even if I didn't eat that much the day of my long run. I get hungry after normal runs, and I would think a long run would make me extra hungry, but it seems to have the opposite effect.
Does anyone else experience this?
