And, yes, that's still on you. Not my problem, I don't have time to restate things in Dick-and-Jane-ese for every simpleton who was passed on and cheated by the educational system.
The Japanese women believe in the long run and dominate the marathon and all-time list. I'm more inclined to believe they have it right verses someone who underperformed in the marathon. There are no short cuts with the marathon.
They believe in overall volume, first and foremost, regardless of whatever you are "inclined to believe." Everything else comes from that and the long run is only one component of it.
