600, 500, 400 at current 800 race pace (1:52 for me). I'm racing on Friday and my coach has given my teammates and I this workout for tonight. Unfortunately, he has a family funeral to attend and none of my teammates, nor I, can reach him to ask him about the rest(In an e-mail he sent us with the workout he forgot to put the rest). It seems like the type of workout where we would need a little extra rest in order to hit the times; I'm thinking 3 minutes or so? More? Less? Anyone have any insight?
FWI he is a real good coach.
