Maybe it was already up, but the results from a BU mini-meet last week show she ran 4:37.

why is that worth mentioning? Isn't that close to Jordan Hasay's time?
right...b.f.d. we need to quit praising mediocore Americans and their times until they are competitive with the rest of the world.
Is Hassay Stanford bound ?
no, she is 11th grade bound.
it is worth mentioning considering the context: it was her first time back on the track in 2 years after some real injury issues. it looks like she doubled in 2:05/4:34, nothing for an athlete of her caliber to get excited about (her bests are 1:59/4:06), but it is a positive step towards a sweet comeback. best of luck to jen with future races, she is a real model of toughness and perseverance.

Yeah, she bumped into someone in a track race. That's DIRTY. That never happens to runners unintentionally. Not ever. Nope. Nosirree
You're absolutely right: For a female athlete who has been out for 2 years, running those times in December is not worth mention on this board -- particularly at this time of year with all the other interesting topics to discuss on this site, such as:
1. El G v. Wariner in the 800,
2. LA's drinking water,
3. How great the "Wire" is,
4. Match.com
5. Australian Cricket, and
6. What can I run for the marathon after the following 10 X 200 workout
And your spelling is, at best, "mediocore", Einstein.
That wasn't the only "bump". Trying to drill someone into the infield in the final 100m with no one on her outside is bush league. She should have gotten a DQ.
