Oops! Another HS kid who has just finished wanking.
I thought core strenght was biting in to the center of an Apple and crushing it?
The whole core shit is going to far, a gimmic for wanna be trainers to hook the folks with lots of money and little talent.
I'm surprised that RW would let Matt do this without promising "Six-pack abs in six weeks!" anywhere in the video.
I did some of these routines and felt nothing. Especially felt nothing on the adductor workouts, are these too easy? Also if he was doing these routines routinely then he shouldbe able to skip that sheet of note paper he was referring too.

If it was too easy you didn't do them right. Simply add more reps or hold for more time. I thought they would be too easy too so I did most of the workout using a Bosu ball and stability ball. Rather than hold positions for a count of 10 I did for a count of 20. In that video I believe he was just explaining the principles, not so mutch as saying "do it just like this". I would prefer him to take more time and talk about good form. I have been doing strength training of some sort for years so I knew but get any average Joe and well....
I watched the videos and thought that the content was great and was actually even impressed with some of the other Runner's World videos that followed...
This much better than many videos I have ordered and PAID for in the past or what I have gained from a recent clinic...
Matt deserves much credit for his hard work, dedication, and now for taking the time to let someone come into his home, video him, and share this information.
Two hooves up from me!
Can anyone get these videos to load? Are they still out there?
Bump. I'm trying to find them too
