You could pimp.
You could pimp.
Maybe you need some spiritual help, check out your local Latter Day Saint ward.
Go get your MBA full-time at the best school you can get into, regardless of the location. It will probably be the best two years of your life and it is a great way to start over.
You need to look at the situation in a different way...
You have a degree, good work experience, savings, and the flexibility and freedom to move anywhere you want.
Doesn't sound so bad to me.
If your savings are good enough, travel for a while first. Do it low budget (hostels, camping, etc) so you get a chance to meet interesting people, and so you can maximize your time. Then move to an urban area with reasonably good job opportunities. There are so many to choose from. When you get there, give something back to the community. Volunteer. Become a big brother, or help in a soup kitchen. Help with a community event.
The world is yours.
This may not feel like it right now, but this is not necessarily a bad thing. Same thing happened to me, and it ended up being that best thing that could have ever happened to me. You are now free in a sense to start over. To do anything you have always wanted to do but couldn't because of your old life. Go travel, drink, hook up with some sluts, make connections(volunteering is always a good way to meet people who can end up as friends, or potentially a in for another job) or go back to school. Live life.
Things will settle. They always do.
Move to a big city (Chicago, NYC, LA) and have a good time.
Join the Air Force.
A few pluses in no particular order :
-travel
=free surgery
-GI Bill so later you can go to graduate school
-$$cheap living means you can save some money
-pick a job(MOS military occupational specialty)
that will get you a civilian job if you decide to not make the Air Force a career
Get your fitness back that is probably why you are in such a funk!Mountain bicycle riding is a good alternative to running.
