And who might those be? Centro is a mulatto--which, in the strange, wonderful world of the USofA, means he's black.

apples taste better than oranges, idiot!
this gregson apple puts out (:48, 1:52, 3:43, 8:01, 14:14) and is incredibly undertrained.
again, read the steve cram article.
Gregson cant run 48 seconds for a 400m's. I watched the kid in a 1500m's against the big boys (re Link) and got pumped on the last lap.He was trashed and was 3rd into the straight and got out kicked. Too much talk about nothing if u ask me. Many guys his age have run close to 3.44 and 8 minutes.
Talk about him if he continues and runs 7.50 or faster.
Turnover
I dunno, he still has a pretty impressive range at such a young age. He's obviously very talented. Not setting the world on fire, but maybe in a handful of years he could be in the 12:55/7:35/3:30 range. If he stays on the same track that Mottram followed, he could very well be a thread at the world level.
undertrained?? the kids been doing 2 a days since he was 15
Gotta agree. Gregson looked either as if he has less than world-class turnover, or he is over trained. If over trained, what about the comment that he has been under mileage. My suspicion is that he is a decent 4:01 miler, but there are many of those. Will he improve greatly? Not likely if he has been doing two a day's since age 15.
he is only runnning about 90 km's a week, so he is undertrained.
90kms a week is short training, not undertraining. He probably does a ton of speedwork and uptempo running out of that 90km. If he was doing this off of 50km a week, then I would agree that he is undertrained.
Although if you campare him to the Kenyans, then he would definitely appear undertrained.
