Tomorrow's my day off, but I just got back from a hard 40 min tempo run. I got back home at 39 minutes and was tempted it end it there, but said to myself, "I doubt that Ryan Shay ever quit with a minute left," and ran it out.
Thanks for being an inspiration, Ryan, even to those of us who know you only by reputation. Your wife, family, and friends are in our thoughts and prayers.
