I experience a tightness in my left hamstring when I do tempo runs or marathon pace-based runs. I do experience any difficulty with regular easy day runs or with fast repeat workouts (2k and down). The tightness almost makes me feel like my foot is turning inwards as I come through swing phase of the stride. I feel like it is shortening my stride and making my foot land flat versus rolling through normally. I have seen my physio and they are not 100% sure, but I will have some ART to see if this procedure might help.
If anyone has any advice it would be greatly appreciated.
