I am a 1:12 half, 2:34 marathon runner looking to go sub-2:30 on Sunday. I did not submit my times, and therefore was placed in the open start corral. My 1/2 time puts me 1 minute away from the Top 100 Start Corral, and I should be in Corral A. Does anyone who has run Chicago before (or been at the start) think that there would be a possibility to "sneak in" to Corral A where I should be? I was thinking about taking a small printout of the results of the other two races to prove myself, but it may be easier to sneak under the tape or something. I don't know exactly how it works, that is why I am asking. Any insight into my options would be much appreciated. Thanks!
