I was wondering what are some people's thoughts concerning smoking and its effects on your lungs concerning maximum running performance. Obviously I realize someone who smokes a pack a day is going to be at a disadvantage. But what about smoking marijuana occasionally? 1-3 times a year probably won't effect you. What about once every 2 months? Once a month? Every 2 weeks? Every week? Keep in mind I'm concerned with racing performance, not diseases. Your opinions would be greatly appreciated.
