I bought some Nike Zoom marathoners a while back for a fall marathon & planned the "save them" for the race. The few miles in them felt good.
Problem is I recently bought some Asics trainers that feel awesome on training runs - like I have bedroom slippers on!
Should I wear the racers or trainers in the marathon?
How much potential time am I sacrificing by wearing the trainers vs. the lightweight Nikes?
Thoughts?
