i would say that your 3k is better than your steeple. your mile is better than your 1500.

The Mile and the 1500m are almost the same so I can't see how the steeple wouldn't be last.
dfasdf, how would you rank your own PRs?
Is there a big difference anywhere or is this a pretty standard spread?
Also, I'm 26. Where should my focus be in the coming seasons?
Check your P.R.s here:

Everything but steeple that is.
hurdle technique
Yeah, I only ran the steeple a couple of times, and I am good at that distance. I think that perhaps I have more of a chance of running an elite time at the steeple than the 5000m. Thanks.
I believe that without a doubt, your steeple is the worst. I have 3:59 (1500) and 14:58 PR's and ran a 9:08. You have the most room for improvement on that.
I think its unanimous, but not surprising, your steeple is the weakest time on there. You either need to work on your technique or your strength. Perhaps both. I would say the rest are within a reasonably equivalent range.

Don't overestimate the value of hurdle technique. Once you've figured out how to get over the hurdles (by the 2nd or 3rd race, usually), improving technique won't make much difference. Unless your technique is really horrible.
I need a coach. 3 to 4 years ago I could run an 8:39 2 mile. Now I am 40lbs heavier than my glory days of 140lbs. I did a 5 mile race last week and ran 32:20 busting my ass. I've run faster than that for 10K???? Where do I start. At my max I ran about 70 miles per week. I work full time, I'm 26 now and I go to Graduate school full time. What's the plan??? Help quick. I'd like to be able to break 10 min, for my 3k on October 17th. [quote]adroit181 wrote:
