NYC- goal 2:30-2:32
Good last week-101 miles, although pretty spent by the weekend. Last 4 weeks were 93, 87, 94 (all on 6 days--all with solid 20-24 mile Saturday runs),then the 101 (on 7 days--but with easier Sat. run).
Sunday-13 miles steady
Monday- 19 total
AM- 3 w/up, 8 x 5 mins. (1 min. jog rec.), 4 x 30 seconds (30 sec. rec. on track--last 200m 29 secs.), 3 w/d.
PM- 4 miles easy
Tuesday-12 miles easy
Wednesday- 12 total (Am- 6 easy, PM- 6 steady)
Thursday- 16 total
AM - 4 miles easy
PM-1 w/u, 10 miles @ 54:26, 1 w/d
Friday- 13 miles steady
Saturday- 19 miles
This will be a down week as I want to run the Toronto Waterfront Half. Will do three more big weeks and then 2 weeks taper to NYC. Legs are fried right now though.
