Does anyone know what he has tested positive for? I'm assuming it's EPO. Also, who is/has been his coach? A lot of people will be pointing the finger at Hicham because Adil acted as a rabbit for him in the past (most successfully in the '99 Seville final). But did Kaouch ever actually train with El Guerrouj?

I don't know whether you want a real answer as wel but I can tell you Kaouch is trained by the same trainer as Bensghir is. I however forgot the name.
Kaouch and Hicham trained together while being in the national training center in Rabat but not with the same coach and not as a personal pacemaker.

Thanks hippo. I have a great interest in the Moroccan runners and I do want serious answers. Nothing wrong with some occasional humour though. I know that Hicham was coached by Abdelkader Kada (who also coached Hissou and Ezzine) and that at present there are no links with PED's and the Kada group. I hope it remains that way. I consider Hicham to be clean although nothing is for certain, particularly when there have been other Moroccan runners test positive to EPO.

I don't believe that all the Moroccans were/are on EPO but many have been caught. I would like to know what others think about Hicham and his countryman. It's ridiculous that Haile even comes up in this sort of conversation just because he was the best.
I don't think Hicham or Geb or Tergat are on EPO. I am an American citizen. (North America).
