Colorado Springs in my opinion is the better...Boulder is high. And I don't know about Flagstaff and Eugene.

I moved out to Eugene mid-July and it's a pretty laid back place. My rent, for a one bedroom apartment that is downtown, is $380 a month. They have a lot of great whole food stores out here. If you have a bike the place is great, you can race all the cars if you wish, as they generally don't go any faster than 35 or 40 on any of the streets.
