I am very close to shutting it down for good after several season's worth of just tight calves. I am contemplating any other options that I may have. I have tried anything and everything for calves from icing down to The Stick to listening to how my body feels and not running on those days where I feel like I probably shouldn't. I got a free evaluation from a chiropractor and she mentioned a possible issue with my ankles.
Do I have any other options? Should I try a chiropractor? It takes less mileage now than before for me to get real tight calves. I am barely getting in 40 a week now, last summer it was over 50 when it began happening. Thanks.
