Is it better to run without a break, or are you better off taking an easy day? All my teamates run 6 day while I run 7, but it seems like on Sun they are all running stronger after a day off than I am because the rested. Monday is usually a interval day and I get left in thier dust and I think not being able to get out an hammer the intervals is slowing me down. Will running 7 days a week pay off in November, or am I better off resting and being able to run. I've been doing my long run of 10-14 miles on Sunday and am curious if I should keep it up/cut it down, or not run at all and be well rested. Let me know what you think... Thanks, Shooter
