As a girl, how early is too early and how late is too late to run along the Charles. Are there any spots to avoid and should I alter times as the days get shorter?
I've only lived in Boston for a year and I was injured last winter so I spent most of my time in a gym and didn't have to deal with the dark or bad weather. I also had a job that required less hours. Just wondering if any other women - or guys that are out there - had some advice. I'd like to keep it outside as much as possible. Not much of a treadmill fan.
