Katrina II in the Caribbean Sea. Numerous models have the storm hitting either NE coast of Mexico, Texas, or Louisiana late next week. Dean's undergoing rapid intensification and by all means may be a category 4 or 5 at landfall. The next advisory by the national hurricane center this afternoon will have Dean at a category 3 or 4 (right now, 105 mph winds-category 2). All people living in the gulf of mexico should be on alert, and should draft plans to evacuate the area.
