So, I constantly have to pee, but it's usually a very small amount. It's usually not a trickle, but I have to force it out a little with my abdominal muscles. Any thoughts?

Oh crap, this used to happen to me after really tough track workouts. I never could figure out what it was, there was just this urge where I'd have to pee a little then come back 2 minutes later and do it again (repeat 30 times). I'm so glad that's over with.
the worst is if your doin a chick and are really hammered, then you hafta piss afterwards. It hurts like hell tryin to get it all out
Sounds like some kind of blockage, either bladder or prostate (probably the former if you're a young guy). Get yourself to a doctor, seriously.
i'm 24. I do drink coffee pretty regularly, so that might have something to do with it, but you're right, I probably should have it checked out.
Is there any pain associated with voiding or any other pain? Usually pain in the area between the scrotum and testicles or pain in the tip of the penis is a symptom of prostate problems. Any acute pain or pain during voiding / urination can be a sign of a prostate infection. Left untreated, it could become serious. Get to a doctor. If you can skip the family doctor and go right to a urologist, do it. Good luck.
Also a kidney stone is possible. They are usually but not always painful. When it passes you will know it.

Not sure what this means. I thought the testicles were *in* the scrotum...
apparently, not in this case.

IKTM doesn't know enough, LOL. Dumbass.
GO SEE A UROLOGIST!
This happened to me about 5 years ago. It turned out that I had a kidney stone. How long has this lasted? For me, it was about 3-4 weeks before I passed the stone, which resulted in hospitalization, as it was quite painful.
So, seriously, get to a doctor immediately and at least eliminate that as a possibility. Another possibility is an STD.
there's no pain whatsoever. it's been going on for a few weeks, or maybe a month. i have to say that there is virtually no chance of it being an STD.
UTI my friend, urinary tract infection. Some anti-biotics will clear it up in no time.
TRUST ME, YOU NEED TO SEE A DOCTOR! There are issues far worse than an STD. As in most cases, if it's caught early you'll be fine.
