1500 updates?
announcing the 1500 competitors now...
It just started.
I"m not quite sure but he's definetly not undefeated he's lost to benjamin once at this meet a few years ago, and also lost to williamson at least 2times that i can think of, along with a few races where he has pulled up injured towards the end of hte season. Non the less dude is the man and I can't wait to see another sweep from the u.s. this year at worlds.
Lagat wins in 3:35.72.
lagat having to fight his way up from the back of the pack
Not a bad time and a solid win but i think it's time for the 5k for bernard, with no k.b. at worlds this year lagat, mottram, and along with kenyans abc, and ethiopians xyz are hte favs.
So is Lagat over the hill, or has he merely waited to sharpen until the right time?
Badders very disappointing just seemed to die with 150m to go!

- Nicholas KEMBOI is not an average 1.5k runner but Lagat just smoked him (she forgot to say, look at his jaw how relax it is)...
and Kemboi just run his SB 3:36.13 - they know nothing about running!
Anybody think that Cragg has a chance against Buster?
Richards takes the 400 in 49.80. Felix second, but she's still hot.
that commentator seems to be challenging carol lewis for worst sports commentator.

hahaha, it's soooo wrong!
The video is small and not very clear, but at least the audio is good - the announcers are British and are not Carol Lewis. Also it's free:

PR for Fleshman by 0.02 seconds!
