Or, he may have been hurt, whichever though.

What to people thing about Crogan as a coach? Great steepler, but it sure seems like Goodrich is the absolute class in the distance area (especially at MAC Championships). Look at the results; if Kent had any distance help, they would've won the conference easily.
He has only been there a year or so, correct? Probably take a few more to establish himself as this is the first time coaching at this level.
What has happened to Kent women? A rapid fall from winning it only a couple of years ago.
Crogan is entering his 4th year.
How long until the Law starts giving him a hard time?
I think he got his first recrit this year (Hilditch 4:07 miler); it will be interesting to see if he can actually build something post-Wendell/Hunt recruits?
I should not have been so lazy, so I looked it up. He is entering his 3rd year.

He didn't even start until the winter, so he's actually only been around 1 1/2 years.

Hunt has nothing to do with Kent success. He was the assistant to the assistant coach. Just like Virginia. Waterboy/Van Driver.
Central's Korir was 2nd frosh at the league meet and was injured most of the year, so he could be very good. I have a hard time believing they will have 3 more Kenyans on the team--it would be neat, but I just don't think it'll happen.
So much for CMU never recruiting Kenyans.

Actually, Fuller never recruited him, he contacted Fuller. Fuller then took it upon himself to talk to his alumni about whether or not this was okay with them, he then made the decision to allow him on the team.
So much for not making comments about things you know nothing about...

Any recruiting news for MAC teams?
Finally someone who know's what's up.
Top 5 runners in the conference:
Loiselle, Brent, Karanja, Perrin, Kipchoge in that order.
Sovacool hasn't done shit. He didn't even make all conference last year.

Neither did kipchoge and you have him listed? Last years conference at buffalo was totally messed up so I wouldn't really go by that but more by the entire season as a whole. I mean even powers didn't run well at conference. But I agree about loiselle though, forgot he was coming back, so he's near the top for sure.

Kipchoge made up for it at regionals and was at least close to all conference, running in the top 5-6 for 4 miles of the race before dying at the end.

Whats Central Michigans course like? Is it flat and fast or slow and hilly?
They are hosting it on a golf course where they don't run any meets (maybe never have?), so I doubt that anyone except the coaching staff is very familiar with it from a running standpoint. The name of the golf course excapes me, or I would post a link. I'm sure someone could help me out on that one.
And I am pretty sure CMU won't have 3 new Kenyan recruits

Crogan hasn;t done much of anythign as far as recruiting goes. I agree they're going to be in trouble once all the Wendell guys are gone. Has anyone seen 1:46 Mike Inge since Crogan got there?
Riverwood, and they have run XC meets there in the past, just not that often.

The course looks like it would be nice to run on if the conditions stay nice. Does anyone know whether or not the course if mostly flat? Or does it have a lot of hills?
