Well her show is horrible, and generally speaking I've never been attracted to British women (I'm in the minority in that I don't like British accents on women), BUT damn is she hot.

Well, I'll admit I don't know much about her, and if what you say is true about her plastic surgery, then that will affect how I view her, but I don't think she's freakishly underweight at all. She's got more fat on her than the "hot" runner women we all mention.
She doesn't look (at least her face) like she's spent a ton of time under the knife, so either she really hasn't or it's all under her clothes, or her surgeon is really really good.
Saw her the other night on the Tonight Show by accident (was watching because someone I know plays keyboards for the band A Fine Frenzy which was playing that night), and she looked great.
Managed to catch her show last night, and again she was stunning.
