the past 5 days ive had a busy baseball tournament and i've found myself missing some runs my past 5 days are as follows
1: some volleyball,wiffleball for a couple hours and a baseball game (no running)
2: 60mins fartlek run then a baseball game
3: double-header (no running)
4: steady state 10miler felt really good
5: baseball game, and some more volleyball wiffleball and some manhunt (no running)
before this i went about 3 weeks of 65-70 mpw with no missed days my question is- are these 3 out of 5 days off really going to affect my fitness at all really in the summer? i feel pretty guilty when i go to sleep at night not having run.
