Today I did what I thought was 11 miles at first but after my run I went on google maps (felt longer than 11 miles) and found that I actully ran 13 miles which is the longest I ever ran in my life. I felt good but like the end of every long run I started to tire out a little but stuck through with it. I am doing a 10 mile race this sunday, today is thursday. I plan on doing 5 miles tommorrow and 3 miles saturday then 10 mile race sunday (have to keep up with my miles per week). I feel fine my legs are a bit tired but my legs are always tired after a long run. Would this be enough time for my body to recover for 10 miles? (I plan on racing it at around sub 7 minute race)
