So yesterday I ran 8 miles, and felt like I was flying, and felt great. I ran at 6:55 pace about. Today I did a little over 7, and felt like total garbage, like I was plodding along (I guessed 7:30 pace abouts), and turns out I did it in a little under 6:30's. It just felt so slow, and I felt so bad doing it. Does anyone else have this experience? And why does this happen all the time for me?
