Okay, here is the deal, Did a marathon about 5-6 weeks ago, still fatigues, two weeks postmarathon, did
an empty legged 5k and had a pw(personnel worst) been doing little rnning since, maybe 7 runs in the past 5 weeks. went out today for an easy 45 minute run, muscle on the front of my lower leg got really tight to the poin tI walked home, this happened within 5 minutes. Is compartment syndrome something that can juust pop up, or is it something that takes time to develope?
