I just completed high school and will be going to college in Boston. I will not be running for the school that I am going to but I do want to do the Boston half marathon, which is at the beginning of October. I have never trained for any race where the distance was over 5k so I was just looking for some input as far as mileage (I have gone as high as 55 but I definitely want to go higher over the summer), workouts, etc. Thanks for the help.
