My season just ended and I'm looking forward to starting my summer base training. I was injured most of the winter and didn't start running until late February. With minor injuries in track, I took cross-trained almost two weeks during the season. I feel fine and don't need a break mentally, but I was thinking of taking a few days off. Is that enough? Do I need any break at all? It's summer time now so I should be able to get plenty of sleep.
